The platform allows a user with health insurance in Switzerland to call our telephone number for a medical consultation with a doctor based in Switzerland. The telephone call is forwarded to a doctor. The platform is not a medical emergency service but a telephone medical consultation service. In the event of a medical emergency, the user must contact their primary care physician, the on-call doctor in their region, the hospital, or the telephone number 144. The user acknowledges that AlloDocteur assumes no responsibility in the event that the user makes a medical consultation while in an emergency situation rather than calling an emergency service such as their primary care physician, the on-call doctor in their region, the hospital, or the telephone number 144.
Access to the Platform
Use of the platform may only be made in accordance with Swiss law and any other applicable laws. Any illegal or inappropriate use is excluded.
You agree not to do the following:
- Using the platform in place of another person
- Use the platform to compete with AlloDocteur.ch
- Use the platform in an illegal or inappropriate manner that could harm AlloDocteur.ch
- Assisting or facilitating a third party to do any of the above acts
How the Platform Works
The platform is a telephone server that connects a user to a doctor.
Use of the Platform
Users:
All users must be of legal age, independent, and have the ability to make informed decisions to call AlloDocteur. The platform does not have access to the user’s personal contact information. The telephone server only records usage data in the form of files that provide information on the user’s telephone number, the date of the call, the time of the call, the duration of the call, and the telephone number of the doctor to whom the call was diverted. This data will be used exclusively internally and/or in the event of a complaint. AlloDocteur reserves the right, upon request from a judicial authority or a third party, to disclose any information in its possession.
The user undertakes not to make racist, xenophobic, insulting, defamatory, slanderous remarks, in a manner that could harm the honor or reputation of third parties, racist, xenophobic, obscene, hateful, violent, offensive or contrary to good morals. The user will be held solely and exclusively responsible, in civil, administrative and criminal matters, for the remarks made.
Doctors:
All doctors answering telephone consultations on the platform are doctors authorized to practice and bill under the Lamal in Switzerland.
Price and Payment
Access to the platform costs a local call at the rate of the operator you are calling from. Please contact your operator for this information. This amount will be billed directly by your operator. AlloDocteur disclaims all responsibility for invoices issued by the operator used, whether disputed or not, and for payment by users.
The bill for medical telephone consultations is established by the doctor directly and sent to you or your health insurance company. The payment deadline is noted on the invoice and may vary depending on the time of the call, the duration of the telephone consultation, and the services provided. AlloDocteur disclaims all liability for invoices issued by the doctor, whether disputed or not, and for payment by users.
Privacy
By using the platform, you consent to the platform’s physicians collecting, processing, and using your personal and medical data, as well as certain information about you. The physician will use this information for their treatment, your medical records, and to maintain a record of the processing of your consultation for their own legal reasons.

AlloDocteur is a telephone platform connecting a user to a doctor. The platform is not a medical emergency service, but a telephone consultation service. AlloDocteur declines all direct or indirect liability.
The user must be capable of discernment during the medical consultation and must take the name of the doctor conducting the consultation. The doctor is responsible for the medical consultation. AlloDocteur declines all direct or indirect responsibility.
AlloDocteur declines all responsibility for any technical defects, disruptions or failures of the telephone and/or internet networks, or network overload. AlloDocteur’s liability (including in cases of negligence) for consequential or unrelated damages related to access to or use of the platform or the inability to access and/or use them is excluded. AlloDocteur declines all direct or indirect liability.
Under no circumstances can AlloDocteur be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the medical consultation.
Links to Other Websites
AlloDocteur has no influence on the information via external links leading to other websites and therefore rejects any responsibility for third-party websites.
Data Security
AlloDocteur has taken measures to prevent any accidental or intentional manipulation of its website. AlloDocteur draws attention to the fact that any unencrypted data on the internet and/or by telephone is not secure. AlloDocteur declines all direct or indirect liability.
Social Networks
AlloDocteur.ch integrates various social media plugins on its websites. These are trademarks that do not belong to AlloDocteur.ch. You use these social media plugins at your own risk. AlloDocteur disclaims any direct or indirect liability.
Final Provisions
If any contractual provisions (including these General Terms and Conditions) should be found to be void or invalid, the other provisions shall remain in force. In such cases, the void or invalid provisions shall be replaced by valid provisions that have legal effects as close as possible to the invalid provisions.
All information and data, their use, the registration of pages, all actions, tolerances or omissions in connection with these pages are subject to Swiss law, any possibility of conflict of laws being excluded. In the event of disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction is Montreux, Switzerland.
